Lionbridge Task Data Center (TDC)

On the Lionbridge Community Portal you will find information relating to the Task Data Center.

This shows you in table format the number of tasks completed on a weekly basis, the hours you logged to complete the work and your Task Completion Rate (TCR). This will simplify task tracking and make it easier for you to manage your work and time more efficiently.

The hourly TCR is equal to the number of tasks you completed divided by the number of hours you entered to complete them.

For example, if you completed 400 tasks in a week and logged 10 hours of time, your hourly TCR for the week would be 40. It’s important that you update your timesheet every day to ensure your TCR is accurate.

If your TCR is below expectations (amber or red), please visit our Task Data Centre FAQ page on the Lionbridge Community Portal for information about how to increase your productivity to acceptable levels.

Reminder: Raters whose TCR consistently falls below expectations may be subject to removal from the program.

Tips to Improve Your Rating Efficiency (TDC)

Providing high-quality, accurate ratings should remain your top priority.

We understand that tasks can vary in complexity and some can take longer
than others to complete.

Tip 1

You should always read instructions carefully before you complete a task.

Tip 2

It is also very important to work at a rate that allows you to remain attentive and focused when completing each task.

Tip 3

The more frequently you rate tasks, the more familiar you will become with the different task types.

Remember

Your Rater Knowledge Base (available under the Quality section of the Lionbridge Community Portal) is a very helpful resource available to help you understand the core concepts of rating. There is a great deal of useful material here and we encourage you to take advantage of this resource.
